Simon Says is a colour theme this week using lemon, orange, apple green & pink and you don't have to use all four colours.
The image is from a new range of stamps by a fellow crafter & blogger Gina and feature her two little girls called Anna & Bella, you can find out more about them and the matching backing papers she has created here
I've paper-pieced the outfits to match the Stampin' Up! DSP's - from the set Tea Party, and used SU! markers on the rest in the matching colours of Pretty in Pink, Barely Banana, Certainly Celery and also a bit of Pumpkin Pie, Summer Sun, Sage Shadow & Bravo Burgundy. The c/s is Pretty in Pink and the ribbon & buttons are from my stash.
